Bridal tips and guidelines for a perfect experience

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in. 

  • Underwear is required.  Please refrain from heavy skin and tanning lotions as they stain the dresses.

  • We strictly observe the 90 minute appointment. Please be prompt in arriving and considerate of the end time.  If you do not show 10 minutes from your scheduled time without communication, the appointment will be canceled.

  • Our designer wedding dresses range in size from 2 – 24, and in price from $1300 to $3500.

  • Ashley & Justin bridesmaid and Jasmine Bridesmaid dresses on average range from $225 to $450.  Samples are in sizes 12-16 only.  

  • We ask that you leave small children at home as they get bored fast.  We want our eyes and attention on the bride!

  • When scheduling we do take a credit card to hold your appointment.  If you cancel or no show within 72 hours of your appointment, there is a $75 charge. 

  • If you need to a fast appointment within 48 hours, please call 412-447-8070 as our calendar closes online.

  • ALL sales are final.

Payment Options

  • This Magic Moment Bridal Studio Payment Options:
  • Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover & AMEX.
  • Custom ordered dresses required payment in full.  You may put down 60% to get the dress ordered. The 40% remaining payment is due over two automatic 20% monthly payments.  No exceptions.
  • Checks are accepted.  Penalties and fines will be allocated for bounced checks. Alternative payments must be made to avoid legal actions and additional fees.  All sales are final once a transaction has been made.
  • We will hold dresses for $20/month fee.  We highly recommend that you take your dress with you as it is best for you to have it once it arrives and you have paid in full for the dress.   
  • We offer military, fire, and police discounts for brides who currently serve.  Please show proper and current ID before checking out.

Book a 1 hour Flower Girl Appointment or Mother's Appointment (Mother's wanting bridesmaid dresses only), please call 412-447-8070.​

Veil/Accessories & Dress Pick Up, please call 412-447-8070 to schedule.  If you have your dress, bring it to find the perfect match. If you don't have you dress, no worries, bring a picture!  We will take great care of you.

•No fee flower girl, accessories, mother, or dress pick up appointments.
​
Only one appointment per bride permitted at a time.  If for some reason you need a second appointment, you may make one at the end of your current appointment.
